Your current phone service and phone number must be active and in good financial standing to switch to Sweet.
We send a Starter Kit which includes a SIM for service after you have answered all of the questions and we can confirm you are eligible for service. We want to make sure that once you receive your Starter Kit you just have to enter your SIM into your phone and service is up and running for you!
In order to do this, we'll ask you for specific information about your current carrier on the web, or within the iOS or Android app.
This is also why we ask for your device IMEI since we need to check its compatibility to our network. It will also be tied to your new SIM card we send you and your phone number.
Please note, we are not able to create new numbers at this time, so your current service must be active and in good financial standing to move forward.
Once carrier information is verified, we'll let you know if there are any issues within the app, and you'll receive a tracking number for your Starter Kit.
